In season 3 of Angel now, also in the Whedon-verse. You might consider checking out Veronica Mars, too. It's super-tight n clever.

Agreed. I just acquired the dvd for Dr. Horrible, which includes some hilarious extras (an entire musical commentary track with songs!), and some as yet unexplored easter eggs. Perhaps you and Sarah would like to come over for BSG on Friday and you can check it out...
