I hate them. I hate them so much I made a complain on their website and no one got back to me. So I called to speak to a supervisor, only to be told 'so?'

I would boycott them but i have no choice but to use them.

I want someone accountable for all the fuck ups and stress they caused me this pass week.

Shiney paper

Ok here's paper 101.

First of all it comes in lots of thickness usually described in GSM (grams per square metre). Normal paper is around 90 GSM, 'thick paper' is around 120 GSM, but it goes up to 190 GSM, after that it's card not paper.

They also come in different finishes, I won't bore you with them but the 'shiney' one is called Gloss. There is a another type which I prefer called Matt which is less 'Shiney'.
