Now they're back to saying they didn't put any transmission fluid in it at all. They say they have a video. Which is all fine and good as long as we get a tape of it. If they didn't and my transmission just happened to go out right after an oil change then fine ( Read more... ) -
Car Update
Oil Change: 20 bucks.
I don't think we paid for the extra three quarts of transmission fluid they somehow got in there.
Transmission: TOAST.
Cost to get new one: over $1300.00
Valvoline: Really screwed.
Me: Pretty pissed off
Lawyer: Contacted
Insurance: Contacted
Just waiting now...
