Could you put up a link to the knitted teddy bear please. i tried following it from the one you sent but it only showed the soother thingie. That is going to be my next project for christmas presents. Looks quick, easy and simple. I can do all the complicated stuff but now I like quick and easy lol.
I am sure with all of your craft talents, knitting will just be a natural for you.
Thanks.

That link only has the soother clips pattern. Sorry! Her book is great and it's cheap for a knitting book (17.95). I found it at the library myself. It's called Itty-bitty Nursery. Her blog is http://susanbanderson.blogspot.com/ but I don't think she has any other patterns up.
I don't know why I am struggling so much with learning to knit! I finally decided to practice every night and I am going to a class once a week. I should have it down soon, I hope. I refuse to make anything until I have the stitch work down perfect. So I just cast on, knit, purl and then pull all the stitches out. Over and over again. Heh.

You will grasp it I know. I learned as a child, my Mum taught me then we had knitting lessons in school. My first project at school was gloves with fingers. In hindsight they were pretty complicated but I made them.
Have knitted on and off all my life since then. (more off than on till recently when our families all started having babies lol)
Thanks.
