Health Tracker: Week 1

Very minimal progress, but it's still progress all the less. Definitely gotta step it up this week with more exercise outside of work and doing my own healthy grocery shopping.

GOALS
Height: 5' 7.5" (round to 5' 8")
Healthy Weight: 120 - 160 lbs (120!? Yeah right!)
Personal Weight Goal: 145 lbs (weight I was as a high school athlete)

2.4 lbs isn't "very minimal" for one week. That's great! I wish I was still losing that much each week. Be proud of yourself. It's like saving money - $10 a week isn't much but for a whole year, you have $520 and are ready to go on vacation! Just think of racking up the pounds that have gone down and soon enough you'll have a lot!
