EEEEEEEEEEEe-ness updated
So, Reckless has just been brilliant recently!! Calling out baby names, bringing back the banter and wanting another go at the relationship? Just a perfect week.
Went to Waldenbooks in Moscow to get my reserved copy of Harry Potter at 11. Couldn't force myself to go at 10 just to stand around. So I go in there, tell them my name and get my card with my number on it. Go look at books, pick up one I want then check out all these other Ann Rule/true life murder mystery type books. And it's seriously taking forever for it to be midnight; I was literally falling asleep on my feet. They finally started selling the books at 12:01 and by 12:26 I was walking out of the store with two new books. :)
Then I'm driving home, EEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEing about Reckless and HP, and then I'm back in Pullman driving along and I turn to go up the hill toward the house. All of a sudden, this cop shows up and flashes his lights at me. I'm a bit perplexed because I was going 25, used my blinker, everything! So he asks me if I knew why I was pulled over and I say no. He says I have a broken tailight.......again. This happened to me about two months ago and I fixed it, no problem. But then this guy says he's gonna give me a written warning. I was a little freaked out about getting pulled over. I've only been pulled over one other time and that was for the other broken tailight. He gives me my warning and I drive off, very slowly, toward the house. Finally got home and crashed onto my bed with the new book. :D
So, here's a hot little pic from Nancy's event this week (stolen from Tracy...I think). And I seriously almost died. LOL
And then I finished the book about thirty minutes ago. It was so good. Definitely one of my top three. :D But it has to be said.......
