Had a really complex dream last night- possibly the result of taking multivitamins*. Finally saw the new Pride and Prejudice film last night which I was determined to hate (Colin Firth = Mr Darcy 4eva!!)  but it wasn't that bad in the end. The key scenes were done pretty well although there was a distinct lack of a Lake Scene. Only a few complaints in that quite a few of the lines were rushed and thus lacked emotion and the casting ( Read more... )

Ah the changeable weather of England!
Was rather worried yesterday morning that a picnic would be ruined by the threat of rain but it turned into a rather nice afternoon. We played an amusing game of "Windy Frisbee" and I ended up catching the sun and had a pink nose by the evening. Yet today it is rain rain and more rain.

Having verged (is that a word?) at a funeral today it's my sister's wedding on Saturday- it's all happening, but no births yet.

The Swiss began the night with a tactical move of having a multinational band which (apparently)quite ironically had fallen out with the lead singer. The song did contain the necessary key change and a breakdown however.
