This post dedicated to guide new buyer on how DongBang Market Works.

we have 3 type of payment system, please refer to the explanation below :

• DEPOSIT

it means, we only require you to pay a certain amount of money to confirm your order. final price will be advised when the goods arrive in my place. Hence, there will be 2nd payment to pay for topup needed from your deposit plus shipping fee to your place. If we put deposit price on the post, kindly refrain from asking for final price, as we also have no idea (final price depends on number of spree-ers + exchange rate + shipping fee from origin of the goods) and we do not want to overcharge you nor giving you a wrong estimation. :)

• Price Exclusive of Shipping

it means, the price stated will be the goods price alone, without shipping fee from origin of the goods to me. Hence, there will be 2nd payment to topup for the shipping fee from origin of the goods (total amount of shipping will be divided evenly among buyers depend on the item type/weight) and shipping fee to your address. 

• Final Price

it means, price stated inclusive of shipping fee from origin of the goods, exchange rate, etc. You only need to pay for shipping fee to your place. You may opt for to pay for shipping once you place your order or pay the shipping fee when the goods arrive in my place.

Things to note :

1. our email is dongbangmarket@gmail.com NOT aquatic_g1rl@yahoo.com, the yahoo email is solely used for paypal purposes, not our community's email. please refrain from sending email to the yahoo mail.
2. Kindly ask for goods availability before making any purchase (applicable for instock items)
3. If there's no paypal 'pay now' button available on the spree page (usually happens on combined spree page or various items sale in 1 spree), please do not send any payment before i confirm the total amount you need to pay :) you may wish to proceed with payment if you know how to use 'personal payment' method on paypal.  If not, kindly wait for my reply ^^ because if you only send the goods price without 'personal payment' method, the amount you send will be deducted by paypal, hence you need to send the deducted amount to me again, and you'll waste money on paypal fees :)
4. i reply LJ comments within 2 x 24hours max, and email 1 x 24 hours max. if you require an urgent reply, please email me instead of leaving LJ comment. Replies to email/LJ comment will be slower during weekends. Hiatus notice will be posted on the community if there's any.
