Week three. I had a dream about smoking. Even my sub-conscious is against me. I think I'm over the physical addiction. It's all psychological from here. Even my coughing is starting to subside. I still have cravings, but they are getting weaker. Which is a good thing. I'm still hating the exercise, but it's not hurting as much. My body is finally

He's been smoke free for over one year now and I am so proud of him. Will not pick up a cigarette now.
And I'm proud of you.
Maybe try spelt bread or some other type? We can talk about it more.
