Quit smoking update, week 3.

Week three. I had a dream about smoking. Even my sub-conscious is against me. I think I'm over the physical addiction. It's all psychological from here. Even my coughing is starting to subside. I still have cravings, but they are getting weaker. Which is a good thing. I'm still hating the exercise, but it's not hurting as much. My body is finally ( Read more... )

I'm cutting out bread because it raises my blood sugar too much.

Have you thought about switching to whole wheat or basically a low sugar and higher fiber option?

I've been eating only whole wheat for about 6 months now. It doesn't seem to help. Any ideas about the low sugar/high fiber options?

Keep doing it sweetie. twilightcrawler had the same thing happen to him with the dreams. Bout drove him crazy. I did the distraction thing and that seemed to help. With some massages thrown in.
He's been smoke free for over one year now and I am so proud of him. Will not pick up a cigarette now.
And I'm proud of you.
Maybe try spelt bread or some other type? We can talk about it more.

Also check out Blood type diet online and that may help you with some of your food choices.
