Summary: I personally don’t like individual spotlights
For every concert, there would be spotlights, individual ones. I personally don’t like individual spotlights, although individual spotlights makes us stands out. I would rather a two person spotlight; it feels more intimate, closer, more love. I’ve actually decided to talk to Leeteuk hyung about this before deciding on asking the manager.
“Leeteuk hyung.”
“Yes Minnie?”
“I was thinking, when we sing ballad songs, sometimes there would be spotlights shinning on the person that is singing. Can we try to have a two person spotlight?”
“That’s actually a good idea Minnie. We still have to ask manager hyung, we have to know everything before deciding. Let’s go now then.”
Leeteuk hyung held me by my wrist to the manager hyung.
“manager hyung”
“Yes Leeteuk? Yes Sungmin?”
“Can we try out two person spotlight instead of individual ones?”
“We can actually try, this coming concert, I’ll arrange for that”
“Thank you hyung” I hugged manager hyung and Leeteuk hyung before going to look for kyu
“Kyu~”
“Yes hyung?”
“Guess what?”
“What?”
“Manager Hyung allowed on the two person spotlight”
“Hyung allowed?”
I nodded my head and hugged kyu tightly
“Let’s use the same microphone on that day!”
“Defiantly” He placed a soft kiss on my lips, it felt warm.
This time the concert would not be lonely anymore. We are much closer to each other, although just for a few songs, I’m contented.
