Summary: Sungmin brings animals back almost everyday.
'Hyung, if you continue bringing animals back, this apartment would become an animal home or maybe a pet shop.'
'But they are so cute! I can't leave them outside in the cold. It feels like if I don't bring them back, I would be abandoning them.'
Kyuhyun knows he couldn't change Sungmin's thinking so he went to the room the bring a dog out.
'Do you remember him?'
'Kyumin! How can I ever forget about you? Kyumin is our first pet and his name is the combine of our names!'
'So you still remember this. I thought you would be too busy taking care of other animals that you would forget about Kyumin.'
'How is that possible?'
'Then do you remember our promise?'
'Which promise are you talking about?'
'Which promise are you thinking about?'
'The promise about us staying with each other forever?' Sungmin looked at Kyuhyun nervously.
'Would you kill me if I tell you this is the only promise I can think of?' Sungmin whispered.
Kyuhyun felt his heart broke into pieces, giving a sad face that Sungmin didn't see.
'Let me know if you remember.' Kyuhyun walked into their shared room with Kyumin.
I can't believe you forgot our promise! The promise that you started, forcing me not to break it, and yet now you are the one breaking the promise.
Sungmin sat on the sofa, thinking hard.
What exactly is the promise? Is it about Kyumin?
Sungmin couldn’t take it anymore; he barged into the room that Kyuhyun was in.
‘I think I know what promise is it, but I’m not sure if I’m right.’
‘There is no harm trying.’
‘Promise to stay with Kyumin forever, no matter how busy we are, Kyumin must not be neglected.’
‘Do you remember why did we make this promise?’
‘Slightly?’
‘Upon seeing the cases of animal abuse, we both agreed that every single animal has feelings, they know what is happiness, sadness, loneness, just like humans, they would also want some attention from time to time.’
‘I’m so sorry Kyuhyun. I’m so sorry Kyumin.’ Sungmin burst out in tears while hugging Kyumin.
Sighing, Kyuhyun went over to his hyung and hugged him tightly; between them was a squashed little Kyumin.
