“Sir..?” He tried again. “Kyuhyun ah, don’t leave me again.” “Sir.. I don’t even know you..” The stranger was at loss. He looked to the ground and saw a picture. “Sir, you’ve mistaken me for my twin brother.” Sungmin widen his eyes and took a step back to examine the stranger. “I’m Cho Kyuhyun, too. My hyung, Kyuhyun, as you know, he died 3 days after we were born. This may sound weird but we made a pact to stay with each other forever. He was still around until two days ago he told me he have to leave. He actually gave me a picture of you. He said I have to protect you and if I fail to do so, he come back chasing after me. Don’t doubt hyung’s love for you. He really do love you, even though he is a ghost.” “w-where is he right now?” Sungmin stood up and looked intensly at Kyuhyun, his twin brother. “You might be able to catch him, if you’re lucky, at the park. If not, that means he really is gone.” Sungmin nodded his head, grab his mobile and ran out of the house.
Sungmin arrived at the park within minutes and he was lucky enough to see a figure of someone tall standing near the swings. “Cho kyuhyun!” The person turned and looked really shocked. Sungmin ran as fast as his legs could take him. However, luck wasn’t exactly on his side, he fell and hit his face on the floor. “Kyuhyun ah. don’t go.” He saw a shadow talking towards him from behind. The hair, and the figure looks exactly like Kyuhyun so he turned behind and saw Kyuhyun. “Hey, are you okay?” Sungmin looked longer at Kyuhyun and realised, that Kyuhyun in front of him right now is not Kyuhyun. “Hyung is gone now. He is not coming back anymore. Come on, let’s get back to the apartment.” The young Kyuhyun turned around and saw his twin brother, he smiled and nodded to his brother. “Take care of him for me, please.” He mouthed. The younger Kyuhyun nodded once more and looked at Sungmin. “I’m sure hyung would want you to be happy.” “It’s so confusing! I don’t even know which Kyuhyun you are anymore! I can’t stop myself from thinking that you are not Kyuhyun.” Sungmin fell to the ground and cried.
They both arrived back at the apartment when a whole box of letters were pleaced near the door. My dear Sungmin, you have to read a letter a day. Don’t cheat! I’ll know! (: I love you. Sungmin grabbed the box and ran to his room.
Dear Sungmin,
I command you to stop crying right now. I want you to fall for Kyuhyun, my dongsaeng.. I’m sorry it’s so confusing for you since we look like each other and we have the same name. You have to forget about me and carry on with your life. I want to thank you for taking me into your house when you saw me in the rain, wet and helpless. I love you sungmin, I really do. I know it’s going to be hard for you but at the same time, it’s harder for me. psst, I’ll teach you how to call us, my mom used to do that until I died, and she still calls me that. She calls me Kyubear and my dongsaeng Kyu. I hope that will help you. And, there will be an audition coming up, sigh up and try, please. You have a beautiful voice. (:

Sungmin held the letter nearer to his heart. “Kyu..” he called out with his weak voice. Sungmin slowly stood up and headed to the living room and found Kyuhyun. “Kyu, can I talk to you?” “yeah, sure.” “I’m sorry. I’m sorry for everything that happened just now. Sorry for shouting at you. And, I’m going to call you Kyu and your hyung, Kyubear. Just as he suggested. i hope it’s fine with you?” Sungmin looked up to see a smiling Kyuhyun. “Of course it’s fine with me.” “You know kyu, you really look like kyubear..” “pabo, that’s because we’re twins.” They both laughed.
“kyubear, are you doing good? I’m going to open the second letter today.” Sungmin whispered. He took the big box from under his bed and took out one letter stating today’s date. To his surprise, he is facing an empty letter. The same thing happened for a week. Until finally there was words. give me up min. And go for the audition. Sungmin started at the words that were written with black ink pen. Sungmin stood up and went straight out of his house, to sign up for the audition.
“Are you nervous?” “You bet! My hands are starting to sweat!” Sungmin frowned and looked to the ground. Kyuhyun said nothing but hugged Sungmin and gave his hand an assuring squeeze. “you’ll do great.” Kyuhyun smiled. “Contestant 0101!” The person in charged called out. “That’s you min! Go on! Hwaiting!” Kyuhyun pushed Sungmin lightly towards the door. “hyung, you’ll watch over him right?” Kyuhyun whispered. Not long later, Sungmin came out with a smile. “how was it?” Kyuhyun asked shaking sungmin’s arm. “It went quite well..” Kyuhyun grabbed Sungmin’s hands and headed out of the building. “Let’s go get ice-creams!” He is just like Kyubear.. Sungmin smiled to himself and followed Kyuhyun.
“Min! There is a letter from the company you auditioned at!” Kyuhyun shouted out but there was no response. He walked slowly towards Sungmin’s room and found the latter sleeping. He is so beautiful. Is that why you fell for him, hyung? Kyuhyun shook Sungmin’s body lightly and took the covers away from sungmin. He whined and grabbed the covers back to cover his body. “There is a letter from the company you auditioned at. Now get up.” Sungmin opened his eyes and looked innocently at kyuhyun. “Come on, get up.” He shook his head and fell back to sleep. “Aigoo.” kyuhyun complained and carried Sungmin out of bed. “yah! What are you doing?! Put me down!” Sungmin shouted and kept moving around. Kyuhyun made him sit on the chair before pushing breakfast in front of Sungmin’s face. “eat and afterwards you should read what the company said.” kyuhyun handed Sungmin a fork before digging into his own plate. After Sungmin was done, he proceeded to the living room to see what the company wrote. “kyu! Kyu! They want to sign a contract with me!” Sungmin screamed as Kyuhyun made his way towards the jumping boy. “that’s good! I knew you could do it! You’re going to be a star!” kyuhyun smiled.
Sungmin’s POV
Today is the day I’m going to sign an exclusive contract with the company. I’m so nervous. I want Kyu to be with me, I’ll try asking him. “Kyubear, are you busy later on?” He gave me a weird look before shaking his head. “good, come with me to the company will you? I’m afraid.” I looked at him with my puppy eyes. He eventually nodded after a few rounds of persuading. “We’re going to leave at one, so get ready by then!” I gve him a light kiss on his cheeks. I didn’t know why I did that. I think I’m starting to fall for kyu.. Will you be mad, kyubear?
