Changmin shuts the door behind him - Yunho is watching him with eyes like shuttered windows. Changmin exhales and there's a second of complete stillness. And then they're kissing, tearing at each other's clothes, buttons scattering onto the floor like raindrops. Yunho backs Changmin into the table, and something drops, hitting ground with a noisy crash.
Yunho's hands on Changmin are demanding, unfastening Changmin's pants with a kind of ease and casual grace that Changmin will never have. Instead, Changmin is all sharp angles and corners as he bites down onto Yunho's neck, feeling the vein throb under the press of his tongue as desire courses through his body.
When it is over, Yunho flees the room like a culprit from a scene of crime. (Guilty of robbing Changmin of his ability to breathe, of stealing a heart, of hit-and-run.)
Changmin waits until he can breathe again, before he walks out of the room, leaving the mess they made behind. The buttons are abandoned on the floor, left behind for people to play connect the dots the next morning, while Changmin sits alone in an empty apartment, trying to connect his heart to another.
