More immediately, it would involve prodding potential venues (possibly scouting, if we find one that looks promising). You would be free to invest as much, or as little, time into the creative side as you please, but feedback and contributions would be very welcome indeed.
Sitewise, we've got some hard limitations due to our format - we need electricity, indoor space and kitchenesque facilities. Otherwise, anywhere with six rooms capable of comfortably accomodating twelve people each. The more atmospheric, the better.
