Actually, I'm going to go with Bra (aka Bulla). I really can't see Videl's liking too many cute things, shopping, or jewelry-- she's way too rooted in the tomboyish world.

There isn't really a female character who fits you perfectly, but you seem more like Bra to me because of your likes and your strong points-- cheerful, friendly, and loyal. =]
