life's a rollar coaster, just wait to come to the next hill. Get used to be taken for a ride, life will keep going. Deep breaths and prayer. Whenever I find things to get overwhelming, I go to either Adoration or Confession. Sometimes it's nice to know that you can start your life again with a "clean slate." Try that, and it should be beneficial to you and anyone else reading this. I care Missy, and I am there if you ever need "anyone to lean on" or talk to.
