So I'm suffering through a horrid head cold. As such I am looking for the amazing curative properties of good old Vietnamese Pho. I have NO idea where to get pho within the district. I need pho, to go. My boyfriend is bringing it home to me if it can be found anywhere int he area of Thomas/Scott/Logan circle area is a bonus, but anywhere in the ( Read more... )

Give Nam Viet Pho 79 in Cleveland Park a call. I've only dined in there, but I swear I've seen people carry things out. It's one block from the Cleveland Park metro, in the same strip as Brookville Market & Yes Organic.

God, if there is one foodstuff that this city does right (and there aren't many), it is pho.

but is it, really? ive found that if there is one food the SUBURBS do right, its pho. however, within the city proper pho likes to hide out. the best i can do, which isnt even close, is some really decent hot and sour. i dont have a way to get out to beltsville for the best pho ever and i really wanted to feel better and try to go to the game tonight since it is next door. so far? not so good.
