Initially I was looking at a place in El Camino, but this house just jumped out. I drove through the neighborhood today and I like the feel of it. It's on the high end of the budget, but they're cutting me a deal as a Veteran and as a Federal officer which knocks it down. In addition, the realtor was able to secure some furniture that goes along

Well you know, it was more about the garage than anything else and small places don't come with big garages.
