After spending $300 a month with a personal trainer, work out 2 hrs a day with weight then cardio, I have lost 10 lbs only ... well, put on some muscle, so that's a bit frustrating cuz I wanna be lean, not bulky. Still more to go, and I have to stop for being overweight!!! Warm weather is coming tooooooo sooooooon!
