Superman/ Batman: Nice review. Vandal Savage was in the New Frontier comic? Do you want some friendly criticism on DCAU Resource? Despite press releases saying so (I don't know how the comic book played it) there was never a bounty on Batman's head. He was merely Superman's accomplice and was treated as a hindrance to the other heroes rather than an outlaw himself. They probably should have had a scene where Luthor ups the bounty to include Batman but they didn't

Thank you. I held no punches for the special features...
Vandal Savage was in the comic. It was such one of the best scenes ever.
D'oh. I think I indicated Batman as part of the bounty because he is technically an accomplice. I'll go back and change it. Wouldn't remember offhand which bios those were?

The only crossover I didn't care for too much was the Superman one. It got confusing at the end but then again at the time, we were being fed the nanite plot point on Justice League. The Teen Titans line in Hard as Nails drove me nuts but it makes sense. The only thing that doesn't is how people tried to tie it into Murakami's.

Me, too. If that BTAS homage on "Legends of the Dark Mite" is any indication, there may be a strong possibility.
After rewatching the movie there is a single mention of Batman being a fugitive. But there is not a single scene of Luthor or the heroes actually putting a bounty on him or including him in the reward money.
Static: The Titans reference actually makes sense if you considering there IS a DCAU version of the Titans where Tim Drake is a member. Since TT knocked itself out of DCAU continuity early on (for no good reason in my book) it's really caused a headache for fans especially since Glen Murikami could obviously care less about storytelling.
I finally got the time to watch it, thanks again, I feel like a winner!
Wow, that was pretty intense. I haven't read the comic arc, but it's interesting that they updated it to reflect the recession whereas before Luthor was able to rise to power due to the Florida debate in the election of 2000 (if memory serves me correctly).
There could've been more (why does Powergirl, one of the most powerful DC characters look so weak?), and I was a little disappointed by Lex ultimately going nuts, but there were so many things that were just cool and fun to watch. The casual conversation between Superman and Batman, and those fights!
I was really impressed with the Metallo fight, I could see how it was your favorite. The action was fast paced, and none of the punches were held back. I think my favorite was the assault from all the villains, that is, until it got ridiculous (Grodd controlling Mongol and then that plot just being dropped? Okay). But it was cool to see Batman fight all those frosty bad guys.
I never followed Powergirl in the comics cause it got so confusing but in this movie it looks like Berkowitz crafted her as the naive little super heroine newbie.
I could buy Luthor going nuts but they should have mentioned the Venom from Bane was in the cocktail. But doing those intense physics calculations can make a guy go nuts, take my word, I was an Engineering major for two years.
Solomon Grundy talking all smart was pretty funny.

Okay, I'll go edit those files once I'm done with the Titans section. Thanks for catching that, Matt.

Ha ha, yeah, I guess poor Luthor was under pressure.
