Okay, here's your damn Fat Rhino. Oh yeah and my first Hellboy, I decided to give him a shot right before bed last night. It sucks as a drawing, but it should make Todd and Chance Happy, you guys like hellboy.
Hellboy?! Yes, yes, YES! Nice work, though I have no idea what's going on with the B.P.R.D. patch on his shoulder. Did you use reference at all or was this all from memory? Good job.
That rhino looks a lot better too. Sorry to post my own in your thread earlier, you can delete it if you want. I like how you incorporated that random tattoo I threw on mine in your version though. Oh, for the record, when I drew my original cat creature, which is, I assume, what you're basing these on, I was envisioning more of a grungy cross between Civil War and WWII era costuming. That's why I gave him the military coat with the patches and stuff. The ones you've been doing seem to be futuristic/sci fi themed. That's fine, but we should try to unify the design scheme we're going to use. Keep cranking stuff out, it's looking good.
I also wanted to congratulate you on using shading. I don't think I've seen you do that before. I'm sorry for commenting on every minute detail of your drawings, I promise I'm not trying to come off as if I'm lecturing you or being condescending, I'm really just trying to ecourage you to grow as an artist.
it's all good, I was mostly feinting the frustration, though now that I look at it I really hate this new rhino. I'm not going for the sci-fi look, I actually prefer the WWII look, I just didn't know how to go about something like that for the rhino character. As for the Hellboy patch, I just remembered that there was one there, so I drew some gibberish. I really know nothing of Hellboy.
