That said, I think that the additional LJ would be a VERY good idea. Writing things down in their entirety, whether you let anyone, everyone, or no one see them, is EXTREMELY helpful in dealing with the feelings that we all have. You are a writer, so I am sure that this applies doubly for you.
I am very glad that we got to talk last night, and I am glad it helped. Cry, Lyn. It hurts at first, but in the end, you feel much better. Crying is an emotional release. I may be wrong, but I think that the reason that you're numb is because you have too many emotions in you to deal with, and your body is ignoring it to try to block any pain. That won't do you any good in the long or short of it, so cry, and release the pressure ( ... )
