Praise before criticism:

1) to echo Mara -- this is a herculean undertaking (especially the awesome cross-referencing) and you are commended.

2) some of the links on this post don't work (including to your own work!), so you might want to fiddle. :)

Oooh! I don't know *why* Wordpad keeps changing my regular-quotes to smart-quotes. Thanks for pointing that out so I can fix it. :)
