Things that make me go WTF?

So back in mid-April, I was involved in a seven car collision on GA400 on my way to work. A passenger van slammed into the back of stopped traffic waiting to exit at Windward Pkwy, causing a domino accident and pushing one of them into my car as I moved lanes to avoid it (I'd been behind the van). I was given a subpoena to show up in court on 6/8

Generally they do not put fines out for things like traffic, unless it was a death or something. The simple fact is it will cost them MORE to even get the fine, if they can finally collect it. *shrug*
