Time to reinvent the wheel, I guess

I think I may have figured out these agoraphobic anxiety issues. Not fixed them, mind you, but made some observations. For one, a big factor is people. If I am with somebody I trust, care about, and/or know well, I can handle a far greater crowd than otherwise. Mind you, I still have problems in very dense crowds of even my friends. I think i spelled that wrong. oh well. teasley, my man, its like there was a book written on how my mind works and you just read from it. i sympathize. I know we're not best buddies or anything, but if ever your room doesn't feel like the right place to be to get away from it all-my place is your place. Sometimes a different room gives you space to breathe a little easier. and don't feel like you have to downplay your anxiety. an issue is and issue. and if it feels bad to you, its bad. there are people who understand.

Hey Teasley... I understand in part where you're coming from because I have a problem in large crowds and often get rather disoriented around new people or people I don't know very well. In new surroundings I also always need to have people I trust around otherwise I also experience a form of anxiety. When embarrassed I often feel as though I black out and I don't really know what's going on so please don't feel like you're whining or nobody has any idea what you're talking about because there are people, like me, who know where you're coming from and care about you. Talk to you later, Daniel! I hope you feel better soon though! ~Heather
