To all crew and passengers of the Starship Enterprise:
Being on the planet for so long has left many of us with certain physiological changes. Long-term exposure to the higher gravity has left many of us with increased muscle tone and oxygen levels in the blood. The ship's environmental controls have been adjusted, but for the first few day back you may feel a bit lightheaded or intoxicated from the change in oxygen levels.
I recommend anyone experiencing any discomfort swing by Sickbay and get an inoculation that will help negate these symptoms.
All personnel new to the ship are required to report to Sickbay and have their inoculations checked-on by medical staff. Please note the location of Sickbay has moved to a more centralized spot in the center of the ship.
Don't make me come find you, people.

To departing medical staff:
It's been a privilege working with you all. I can honestly say that there isn't any way this ship's Sickbay would have functioned adequately without the best efforts from all of you during this past year.
Thanks for all you've done and I wish you the best of luck in the future.
Leonard
