[With skin the colour of green oak more than flesh and tumble-down hair tangled with leaves, Tamas looks little like his former self. Even his eyes are wrong - more grey than blue and tired beyond reason.]
[He stands slowly, his bare chest marked with scars. Some of them are the legacy of combat but most are ritual, designs carved into his skin.] No-one has called me that in a long, long time. Who are you?
The Hub? No. No, I can't be here. Not anymore. [He shakes himself, trying to focus enough to leave this place. When it doesn't work he lashes out, the plants around him bending with his fury.] NO!
This isn't my place anymore. Everything that made it my place is gone. I can't be here. [He lashes out again, keeping his anger away from Kon.] I can't go though that again!
[He's not sure he would have recognised him right away, if he'd been a man and depending on his eyes. But his other senses know Tamas, and he crawls over to him, whining softly with concern.]
[The Green Man backs away a little as the wolf comes near him.] Ghost wolf. You should not be here. [He rubs the ritual scars on his left arm - the pattern of the mating tattoo of Wolf!Dick's people, carved into his flesh.]
[He pauses as Tamas backs up, studying the mark, and his once-brother's behaviour and whines again, flattening himself to the ground, trying not to seem threatening.]
[There are more scars - twinned birds with their outstretches wings entwined on his right arm and a wolf's head carved into his chest.] You haunt me, ghost wolf. You cannot be the one I knew. He is gone, so long ago.
[The change only makes the green man more tense. He backs away, shaking his head.] No. I can't. I can't relive it. [he covers his eyes.] I can't feel you die again.
[The green man's eyes flash the softest of blue as Tim touches him and he crumbles to his knees.] Brother? I... I have been no-one's brother for so many years. I cannot... [He looks up at Tim, his eyes red with tears.] Not again.
[He reaches out, slowly, so as not to startle, giving Tamas room to pull away though he hopes that he won't, as he pulls him into a gentle hug.] I'm always your brother, Tamas. Always... Tell me what happened. Let me help?
