So, back to the weekend. I have learned and done many new things this weekend, as well as some old, and this is what I share with you:

"Southern Trains" provide a shit service.

The largest town without a rail station in Britain is Gosport.

I completed the "Fiendish" level Su Doku puzzle in the Times in record time.

Now surely you could have found that one out when checking the platorm number? i.e. before you get on the train :p Yates is hideously expensive for everything, I think.. Your wallet would have been a lot better off if you'd walked across the street to spoons :)

As for the trains, the slow shitty trains meanders up to Waterloo via Epsom and like the like whereas the nice sexy Portsmouth Harbour trains go via Woking :)

*laughs* it's still owned by the same company and looks pretty much identical so i don't see the point in calling it anything else (unless they've refurbished it while i've been living in the library).

:) There was one at 5 and one at 2 and I picked the wrong one, but never mind.

The pub opposite Yates was called Edwards I think and looked really nice, but evidently I picked the wrong one there as well. :)
