Just ignore her text. Go for drinks afterwards and don't bother to tell her where you've gone. She'll get the message that you're irritated, without you having to force any kind of confrontation.

Sorry I haven't gotten back to you yet, I still have no idea where we'll be at that point that week (rail passes = very open options). Not too sure that we'll be within easy travel distance, I'm afraid.
