Firstly, I'd like to direct your attention to the Player Guide and Frequently Asked Questions posts! They're filled with info on DramaDramaDuck and its inner workings, and hopefully will be useful to you whether you're new to the game or an oldbie who could benefit from a refresher on

I'm assuming I'm good since we went over the Figaro stuff? I'll kind of have to NPC him in RLs because Maraich wouldn't exactly be running all over without his baby... But I did the app and everything, it's not like I tried to skip over things.

Yeah, we've gotten the heads up on the pregnancy plot aspect, and you're good with Figaro until/unless he starts interacting with the community. ^_^

Mainly just for RLs, and it'd be sort of a pain to ask every single time Maraich has a RL, you know?

It's possible it could come up in the future - he has a lot that could be used for plots. But I don't have any plans for that now and I'd probably run it by people anyway. I mean, even his big plot doesn't come up for over ten more volumes... Not like there's any rush.

Yeah, and since he's going to be a baby without much actual interaction with anyone else, there's not really a need until he develops some communication skills and wants to start exploring or indirectly causing trouble for? X3 Maraich's favorite community.

Did Juno not already have the baby before she came on DDD? I remember her telling Edgeworth months ago that she'd given the baby up for adoption a while back.

I think that's the only instance I remember. Edgeworth posted anonymously asking what love is, and she responded talking about giving the baby up. I've got it in my memories, if you want to reference it, but if you're already going through canon I don't know if you'll think that's even necessary. ^_^

If the Lights and I agree to keep Osabu-san, as that fanon type of history (I'm assuming) has been approved during my application process and the application process of our Yaten, will we need to get approval to refer to him in our entries? It isn't quite roleplaying him, but we would be deciding on what RL actions he took "offscreen" so to speak, so I thought I should ask.

I'm assuming if we ever have a RL (or random video post) where we would want him/need him included, those would require approval on a case-by-case basis.

Sorry for the lateness of the reply! So you want to incorporate a fanon character, their band manager, into DDD canon, right? Fanon characters or non-canon characters don't actually need to be approved. A lot of people on DDD have filled in the gaps in their characters' backgrounds by bringing in elements from fanon or using their own headcanon. I've borrowed the non-canon/director's joke element of giving Edgeworth a pet dog, for example, and tweaked it to fit my own view of the character

Yup, we all agreed on it. And I doubt we'll have him in video posts or the like at all, but if we do it will definitely be kept to a minimum and have approval beforehand. Yay fanon and head canon... I think Osabu-san is more of head canon to me, really, but it's just fanon for the others. ^^ Thanks for the help/advice/info.

And I doubt there will be anyone else that would possible need to be asked whether or not they're willing to abide by the fanon/non-canon. The trio's pretty complete at this point, and if in a year or two they happen to find their princess, she could reasonably be a character someone could apply for, but I doubt anyone will. I'll keep it in mind, though.

1) Hm, that's a good question. So, she basically transfers her spirit into Midna and...dies without dying? As for the actual death aspect of it, since it's canon and it's not technically a death, you shouldn't need any approval, though we'd appreciate a little note on the approval request post to remind us it's coming

1) Yeah, sort of. Lol. Ideally I'd prefer it if I actually had someone to RP with (Link & Midna), doing it alone is kinda :| She'd probably have to be on some sort of IC hiatus, depending on if we had players or not. I personally don't really want to push her through her canon yet, since I'm sort of holding out hope for one of the two I mentioned to show up.

And a Brawl event sounds awesome, when I first posted as Daisy, she mentioned a tournament or something, maybe we could actually make that come to pass! It'd be fun~!

1) It can suck to not have canonmates, especially when you want them to move through canon. :( Have you thought about advertising for them? roleplysecrets allows weekly advertisements in the first comment now, and I know lots of people have started using that for specific casts or characters at games. It's got a huge reader base, you might stir up some interest! Maybe advetise there for a while, see if anyone turns up, and if not, you can still go ahead and decide for sure how you'll need to use them, then put in a request for each instance.

Whoo! If you're willing to organize it, just let Norry know about it when you're ready and she can get it scheduled! It'll probably be big, so notice in the approval request post would be good too! I bet it'll be a lot of fun!
