He parked, threw the door open and stepped out, then fired his gun into the air.
"Everyone stop! Those engaged in rioting will be arrested."
He didn't have the legal authority to do that anymore, but the voice of Tseng of the Turks still carried a huge weight of fear. Hopefully it would make them stop and think, rather than turning their fury upon Tseng.

"Tseng! Thank the gods - get this guy out from under here," Zack called, the strain in his voice betraying the desperate effort he was putting into keeping the crane lifted. A massive bruise was spreading over his shoulder, and blood was trickling into his eye from a cut on his brow.

Now that the crowd had disbursed, he holstered the gun and ran forward, bending down and putting his hands around the man, dragging him out from under the crane without much finesse or gentleness.
"He's clear," he said, the instant the man's shoes emerged from under the machine.

"Thanks," he gasped, leaning over and bracing his hands on his knees, just panting and letting himself shake in reaction. "Fuck, that was close. You have any potions? He needs one pretty bad." He knew there were some kept on each construction site in case of an emergency like this one, but only the supervisors had the keys and the super was long gone.
His own injuries could wait until he got home, or even be tended to properly with bandages. Potions were precious resources these days.

He bent low and helped the man to sit up enough to tip the potion down his throat, then he held the other one out to Zack. It wouldn't be enough to cure him completely, but it would help.
"Come on, let's get out of here," he said, straightening and pulling out his PHS. "I'll call an ambulance for him."
