[Team Crazy Zombiepei is a go!]

[Stein groans slightly as he opens his eyes to see green leaves arching overhead. He's honestly still recovering since the encounter with Eris.]

[Thinks:] Just great, another hallucination. And this one is pretty damn realistic.[A short distance away, a bug is crawling over Shito's face. He wakes with a start, brushing it off, and sits up. Had he ( Read more... )

[ The witch blinked a few times, waking up sprawled flat on her back. She had been in her hidden base not moments ago, yet now she was... somewhere distinctly different.

She could feel that her magic had somehow short-circuited in her momentary lapse, her Soul Protect dropped for the moment as she slowly returned to awareness. Finally pulling herself into a sitting position, she glanced around, trying to get her bearings.

What was going on...? She would make sure to punish whoever was responsible. ]

[Despite thinking it was a hallucination, the sensation of a witch's soul right nearby sent Stein sitting bolt upright. He jumps to his feet and looks around, then heads quickly in the direction he sensed the witch.]

[ Medusa could feel the presence of Stein's soul almost as soon as he'd felt hers. Not that she had any real Soul Perception abilities, but she'd certainly learned to recognize his.

Smoothing the front of her clothing and pulling her hood back in to place, she stood and waited for him to find her - as she knew he certainly would. ]

[He pushed through the foliage about ten seconds later. He could also sense three souls nearby, human souls that he didn't consider worth looking at any further right now. He was too focused on the woman - girl - in front of him]

Where are we?

[ Ouch.

He didn't feel like opening his eyes at first, throwing a hand over his face. Junpei definitely didn't remember being in bed, but he didn't want to wake up either. That was, until he caught his nose with one of the buttons from his Gekkoukan uniform.

Ouch.

He grumbled to himself and finally say up, blinking blearily before letting out an undignified squeak. This wasn't where he remembered leaving himself. ]

W-What the hell?

[Okay, now Junpei's awake. Shito gets to his feet, flexing his hand. His fingers are stiffening - he's had his hand too long. Chika is also sitting up, looking around groggily, and Shito exchanges hands with him quickly]

Anyone have any idea where the hell this is?

[ As he glanced around, happy that at least the pair of zombies were there too, and it wasn't some mysterious alternate universe that had decided to victimize him, Junpei realized two things:

One, this definitely was not Japan unless someone had dumped a large amount of plantfood into their garden, and then some crazy mutating ooze taken from the root of a Triffid.

Two, his Evoker was missing in action. Which meant no Persona. Which meant he was taking on a friggin' Triffid with a katana.

... That movie had really sucked, from what he remembered. He couldn't understand what was going on without the subtitles, but he knew the plants weren't a good thing considering they kept killing people. ]

No friggin' clue...

[Shito is happy to see Junpei has his katana, since he and Chika are weaponless until their hands heal a bit. An hour, at least before they can trade hands again.]

Well... it's a jungle. [Glaring at the nearest tree] And it can't be Japan. We must have been kidnapped, but why dump us in a jungle?

[Welcome to Jurassic Park!

In the thick of the jungle, there's not much to see, save more of the same--trees, plants, bug, leaf litter. There's not much to hear, either, save the wind moving through the leaves and the myriad sounds of the jungle.

Climb a tree, and you may be able to get a look around. Just starting to walk is also an option!

Walking away from that pronounced rustling in a particularly thick thiket of bushes may be a good idea.]

[Shrugs faintly, careful not to dislodge the little girl on his shoulders]

We're lost, too, I'm afraid. We were coming here to see if maybe you knew where we might be.

[Looks around thoughtfully] I suppose we'd better try to find a road or something.
