I have been getting increasingly stressed out and have been feeling tied down lately, and am definitely feeling the effects of having jumped into something much too quickly. The truth is, obviously getting out of a 3 1/2 year relationship with someone, no matter what you tell yourself, it's not as easy to get past as ( Read more... )

Awww are you ok sweetie? If you need to talk you know where to find me. I am glad you are so level-headed about this, but still breakups still suck, especially when you care about a person!

I am wonderful actually :) I just really need to concentrate on myself and do what I want to do, and need to do. I have been under so much pressure lately, and now it feels a lot more lifted. Thank you so much Baby!

Love,
Sally

Haha, yeah... It really wasn't a match made in Heaven :) Super nice guy though, and I wish him the best, but we just didn't have enough in common (plus bad timing etc.)

So your observations were accurate once again ;)

My boyfriend and I have watched the rise and fall of many a relationship in the time we have been together and we have determined that you can't expect for a relationship to work if you try to get together with someone who isn't into metal. You can listen to other types of music, but you have to essentially be a metalhead at heart. We just recently watched a quasi-punk/emo and metalhead pairing go down in flames. When I was younger I would probably think that it was stereotyping, but it holds true in ever case that I've seen. Cross musical genre love just isn't meant to be.

Actually, surprisingly Aaron is into metal and horror movies, so that was what we had in common. As far as aesthetics and lifestyle go though, everything else was different. Still not something that ever would have worked out though.
