I got to feel the city out and all seems well. The tone of the local population for a whole is very good twards the americans. I do have to say that I was a bit uneasy walking ( Read more... )

Back in Iraq, huh brother?? Stay safe man.

Little Guy is back, so that's good. He's thinking about going to SAR school. I've been helping him swim.

Life is good. I have been working in the Career Counselor's Office for a year now. That's so weird. I have second and first classes asking me tons of things everyday. It's a lot different than being with Regiment.

How's your Mac?? Little just got one.:)

Yeah back in the sand box... not to bad though. It is not the same as Regiment here either the food sucks, no real running water and well I am in the city every day.
I am glad to hear that Little made it back safe. Tell him I say hello.
I know that it is wierd answering questions for seconds and firsts all the time but you are the right man for the job, keep em' squared away and make sure they are always "trackin'"....
Dude I LOVE my MAC!!! I think I am going to upgrade to the Macbook Pro when I get back though. I even have Kevin thinking about getting a Mac! His mom works for Apple... I got to go in to one of the plants on leave, it was soooo cool!
Kev also to me to see Wicked; you have to see it. It is different from the book but I still loved it. After the show we went to Fogo de` Chao...I have to say it was the best dinning experience I have ever had! Sorry to unload here, I just can't get on my email.... I hope that all is well with you.

Talk to you soon
Danny

Hey babe,

Sorry I didnt get to receive your call earlier. I was out teaching Nichole how to surf. She did pretty well. I hope all is well with you. I am very anxious to hear about your trip around the town. I'll have tons of questions for you. I love you SOOOOO much and miss you more now that I have heard from you. Doesn't make sense, I know. Here is a pic to cheer you up. Think about what were going to have when you return.

Muah!

That first day back out can be a mentally challenging one....you and your Marines are in our prayers back here...if you need anything, a medical question to answer, M&M's in the mail, someone to vent to who has been there and is outside the chain, please let me know...my home email is ecmcdonald@pol.net....looking forward to your return, and maybe our sons playing a little ball together....
