Crazy Motivation

Today I processed a reenlistment for an Hospital Corpsman that motivated me beyond belief. This particular Corpsman in an E-4 and has only been in the military for a short few years. That's awesome man. I feel so bad for the NCS guys who get out only to be deployed again anyway. I'm glad he stayed in. At least he'll be taken care of.

Well the big problem with NCS is that people are not very educated on the whole program and that is why most sailors that are part of NCS don't get their fair chance at staying on active duty. It is hard for them in any event to stay on but would be easier if their Chains of Command knew a little more about the program.

I have to say that I am completely impressed with this guy. He has made it his goal in life to not be different despite his injuries. Believe it or not he has one of the best attitudes also!
