A great injustice

The McDonalds location in our town finally started selling regular and double quarter pounders on Monday BUT BUT BUT, for some reason, in order to start selling those, they had to stop selling both the teriyaki burger and the McPork in a move I'm sure both Scott and June would highly disapprove of.

I'm going to hold my breath to think, maybe it's because of the swine flu threat?

No, this was just affecting our particular location, and there was a little sign basically saying "We're starting this, and stopping these". It's not a nation-wide change.

Now, if they stop selling sausage McMuffins, then something's up.

you can't catch swine flu from eating pork.

Count me among the upset, too. I have no idea why they would do that. Aside from maybe to say, "Hey, let's make our menu more like the American equivalent of McDonalds." Which to them, at first glance, might seem cool. But the American McDonalds is so shitty, one of the reasons being the lack of truly interesting items (like the ones they sell in Japan).

Even though it was only for a limited time, the Cheese Katsu Burger ended yesterday, but I can still get a Green Tea and Oreo McFlurry.
