When they inevitably ask if you have any questions, make sure you have one or two. Something that shows you're interested in this company in specific and that you know something about them. I usually ask specifics on something I know about their practices or systems and then I ask the interviewer what they like about working there.
Ask one big picture question: Where does the job description fit into the overall strategy.
If you're... I don't know... processing cake baking statistics, ask how the numbers are generated before they get to you and how your data is used once it leaves your hands.
