To be filled when I decided on a format that's not lazy. And stop being lazy and procrastinating.
People without a name listed afterward, it generally means he's using your given name without honorifics. Unless I derp and forgot. It's primarily for respect and closeness factor, plus a reminder to myself on whether he's on first name or last name basis with your character.
The people listed are those who have threaded with him long and enough time to at least know your name (real or fake) to call you, and recognised him back, or gave him a strong enough impression despite the lack of name (which will be marked with an '?').
