Monday 8/25 - at the new box!
Dead Lift for 3RM  got #155

WOD
With a continuously running clock:
2 Min Squat Snatch  #45
2 Min Push Ups
2 Min Power cleans  #45
2 Min Knees to Elbows
2 Min KB Swings  #35
1 Min Squat Snatch
1 Min push Ups
1 Min Power Cleans
1 Min Knees To Elbows
1 KB Swings
Got 170 reps.  Snatches were pitiful.  All strength pretty much - tough!  Lots of grip too - at one point I had to stop doing my kettlebell swings because I was afraid it was going to fly out of my hands and kill somebody.

Wednesday 8/20
20M AMRAP:
400m Run
20 Box Steps Up w/Weight and 2 Good Mornings at the Top of Each Step Up #18 KB each hand
Had to row because it was storming. Did 3 rounds plus 100m row.

For Time:
100 Abmat SU
100 Air Squats
9:00!! Happy with that.
