I think this is the point where i point out the happenings of last night, hmm where to begin..

Once again i was in work, chained to the desk and submitted to a  deluge of verbal diarrhoea which seemed to be every word spoken by the customers on the phone. Got some amusing text messages off Damian, follwed suit by messages from Abby and her idea
