My biggest complaint about FB (I like calling it FB, because it make me hip and happening...though I probably dated myself saying 'hip' and 'happening') is people feel like if we went to school together or worked together, even if we didn't say ONE word to each other during those times, I just have to friend them.

I had one guy from high school send me a friend request 4 times after I ignored the previous ones because I didn't know who he was. Finally I sent him a message saying "Look, I don't know you. We never knew each other." to which he replied "We went to the same high school" followed by another freind request.

Other than that, I like it. I'm already feeling the withdrawl effects and it's only day 1 I'm off it.

I actually have blocked two persistent requesters. Which part of 'no' don't they understand?

I'm guessing no one really cares about me:) The only people who've made requests are people I know well. Brandt, whom I've seen drunk and nearly naked, is probably the least connected of my FB friends.

I haven't received any from random Bell people, which is fine. It's been nice to get back in touch with some people, but I'm not exactly looking for more people to stay in touch with. While talking to Steve the other day I realized I hadn't seen Curt in a year, even though we live about five minutes away from each other.
