Yes. I have canned tomatoes for chili, sauces, etc.  I have canned veges.  I have canned tuna, salmon, and sardines.  I have canned soups.

A bunch of years ago, when I drove through the South, I found canned boiled peanuts.

Also, more generally, boiled peanuts is a thing in Louisiana.
