I feel a bit nicer today since it was, after all, a snow day. Tomorrow is also a snow day. A four day weekend is like eating an entire bag of Oreos and then in the chocolate-induced stupor which inevitably follows, you discover two more Oreos that had fallen out that you happened to be laying on, so they're all warm and perfect tasting just like ( Read more... )

Well, this one time, my parents had dropped me off at a childhood friend of mine's house. Let's call him... Dante. Now. His dad had this company that packaged food items, so he got a shitload of all these food products for free. Which included CHEESE WHIZ. Now, the mother of this childhood friend, who will remain under the moniker of dante, found that she had left her purse at her workplace. This left me and "Dante" alone in the household, with lo and behold, a crate of cheese whiz. We start by opening the crate and downing tons and tons of air-tight packed cheese that we all know to be impersonnated. yes, that's correct. Impersonnated cheese. That sounds like quite a story. I thoroughly enjoyed it and would like to thank you for contributing. I have but one question regarding the cheese wizz incident: did you get sick from consuming mass quantities of heavily processed, orange, imitation dairy product?

My favorite memory would have to be going camping with another family. We would pack everything imaginable and cart up to New Hampshire. We shared tents and spent most of the time on the bank of a river in front of our site. We'd go canoing, make s'mores, all the cliche camping stuff. I was playing with the pay phones with Sarah, and the manager of the site found out and came to talk to my parents. To this day, I have not lived down the line, "I think we have a problem here." It was a moment that still lives with me:)
