Yes. Everybody had a right to know why we were both upset, because it wasn't just affecting you and me. It was affecting those close to us who were worried. How is this supposed to be resolved if no one knows how it started? People knew some of what happened, but not the whole thing. And how can they expect to understand if they only hear bits and pieces?
If you say so. But I have given up caring about the petty circumstances that you invent. I relayed what happened. That is all. I didn't make anything up, it is the honest-to-God truth.
