I've said it before, I'm saying it again: I love the talking houses, the nostalgia and wisdom and poetry and resignation in their voices. It works very, very well.
Oh I love this particular house... So sixteenth arrondissement -the richest part of Paris, with people sure of themselves and their strength, so proud of their architecture! This would be perfect with what the house says in the second paragraph.
Or maybe more of a house in the centre, rive gauche, in the Marais or the Quartier Latin, where buildings are older and more crumbling, and still hide it under impeccable facades and meticulous cleanings and remember their youth when there were artists and students everywhere. Then she would be more of an old courtisane, still pleasant and sought after, but feeling the end coming nearer.
Although I wouldn't buy this house... Too Parisian ;)
