My memory was jogged by junemermaid's recent old-school comic post! Here's that sequential I did for my sequential art class last year. The requirement was 5 pages of sequential work.
This is the first real comic I've actually finished, plus I realized I'm long-winded and 5 pages is rushing it for me.
SO the story is Ollie, Crystal and her boyfriend Lennon are on a road trip or something to celebrate graduating highschool or something like that. THEY stray off the map and find this SPIFFY LAKE. Crystal and Lennon are all like, let's do ~that~ by which they mean, ~skinny dipping~ and Ollie's like, Screw this, I'm out, and walks into the forest to uh, smoke. He stumbles upon a bunch of dead things and an ominously dripping sewer pipe, dripping its sludge into a small run off leading towards the lake. Wierd stuff happens, Crystal screams, Ollie runs, and finds Crystal a mass of burned acidic flesh and grossness. YAY~
Ollie is a character I took from one of my other stories, his real name is Oleander.
Crystal was my room mate last year and Lennon was a dorm mate - she wanted to have her name in the comic...
Ehhh its all resized and ugly, but believe me the dialog is no Shakespeare.
I was withholding it because my teacher said he'd get them all printed but that never happened lol. Thank goodness.
