Thanks :) I came off some really bad psych meds , got really fucking depressed , my ex left me and I stayed in bed for about 3 months and refused to eat :( not the best away i suppose.

Stll the same , still miserable. And still desperatly want him back.

But he seems to be more fucked up than me.
