chilled with mallory and katie today... i really enjoyed my time with them.. it was supposed to continue again after the show at renaissance, but i had no way of getting in touch with them, because max had to leave (cause he's a "youngin").. and he did so before it occured to me that i needed his cell phone.
pharmacist always on duty's performance was an excellent one..... they seemed VERY nervous when i talked to them outside renaissance.... that's why i was worried about the beginning of their set... i knew they would get comfortable eventually, but i was hoping for a strong opening... and they gave it to me... they did a great job... only a few mistakes i could notice... but that's only because i've been listening to them alot.. they were recieved well by the crowd.. i'm so happy for them.. they needed a good show like this.
then voma... <3 i wish they'd stick around longer... i enjoy them.. great bass player... ... i talked to bobby and zack? zach? zak? (the guy in attractive and popular) ... i saw them in lake charles with transmission and the amazing nuns.. they are playing again on the 11th at renaissance.. i can't wait for that show... they were impressive... even with a bad sound... (breezy's had bad sound guys or something... something wasn't right)
collapsar... my first time seeing them, spoon's in love with them... i liked them alot... not quite as much as spoon does though...
then we went outside and talked to.. a matt? (i think he's in viverly) dallas... (man of many bands) ... and ryan.. of object..
and what an interesting conversation that was....
mostly consisting of guitars and whatnot, which is understandable... but alot of it was centered on my shirt... i wore the g.i.joe shirt today... not thinking anything of it... it's just a shirt... but ryan.. and that dude matt (what a crazy dude) didn't know my name.. so they called me g.i.jane.. and then they started naming all of the other females on g.i.joe.. it was like a dork contest, i loved it... and they were arguing.. and then matt just proved he was a super dork, and ryan gave up.. but then spoon pointed out that my name was becca... and matt wasn't impressed because it wasn't (and i quote) "G. I. JOEISH" enough for him... so then he added a gun cocking noise before my name, and it made a world of difference.
another crazy drunk guy came up to us at renaissance.. WHY DO THEY DO THAT?!
anyways... then i went to spoon's.. glynn was there too... and we chilled.. talked... and talked and talked... and i watched them smoke.. and smoke.. and smoke...
fucking chimneys... ugh.

i'm gonna see cindy tomorrow... my only chance to see her for another three months... she's moving to minnesota....
i fucking hate that.
but she says she's happy.
i miss her so much.
i need to go to bed.
