What does the text on his cardboard "BOSS Award" prop say? I can only get some of it.

I think it says something like, "I do not have a BOSS AWARD nor do I deserve one". It's hard to make out.

That's what I thought, but I was only sure about the "I do not have a BOSS AWARD" part.
