I work for a health insurance company and I've done something kind for 100's of people who don't even know it. A few years back, we had a system failure. sadly, the bottom line of number of calls answered per day was more important
i repeatedly got passed over for raises and promotions because i was actually trying to help... silly me!
i know there are a few stellar employees hidden in each corporation, and thank YOU for caring!
